Counseling

As you go the way of life, you will see a great chasm. Jump. It is not as wide as you think.”  Native American Wisdom as told by Joseph Campbell

Why Counseling?

You may be seeking therapy because you want change in your life, or perhaps you are dealing with a difficult situation. If what you have been trying hasn’t been working, why not try something different? If you are new to counseling it can be difficult to start, but this should be a helpful process. If you have been in counseling before, you know that the fit between client and counselor is important, so feel free to call me so we can explore how we work together.

Integrated Counseling

We will pay attention to how your body is reacting and what your physicality may be trying to tell you. If you are comfortable with this, we can use deep breathing and relaxation, yogic breathing and Gestalt techniques to help you become aware of what is going on just below your consciousness.

I provide reasonably priced counseling and a complimentary 30 minute introductory phone or in-person meeting so we can get to know each other. If you would like to schedule an introductory session please call me at (415)254-2851. Please include your contact information and a good time to reach you.
